  I have been going here since October 2017. I used to be terrified of the dentist. I had horrible experiences the few times I went growing up. So I stopped going. until I had a dental emergency in 2017. Dr. Richins is the most amazing dentist! The whole staff is really nice! I take the whole family here and recommend them to every body I know. I can't say enough good things about them!!! I now go regularly and look forward to my check ups. The tooth brushes they send home with me after cleanings are my favorite!!!

  Dr Richins is brilliant, no matter what my problem has been in the past he has always taken the time to fix any work that I have needed.
Yesterday at short notice he fixed my problem and made sure I was all set ready for my vacation.
He and his assistant Kimberly were awesome.

All the people in that office are great! From estimates, to cleaning, and restorative prices, and procedures, everything was spot on!

I had made a mistake about my appointment....I was a week early! However they worked me in and did a complete cleaning. I was very grateful that I did not have to return for cleaning.

I have been using advantage dental since I was about knee high absolutely love the staff very friendly and professional, they are great at following up with me and making sure I get my cleanings done as recommended. Very highly recommended if your looking for a dentist or if you have one I recommend that you make the change to Advantage Dental Center !!

I have gone to Dr. Richens for over 20 years I highly recommend him the office is always very accommodating and they're super friendly. It's not often when you enjoy your visit to the dentist

This was undoubtedly the best dental experience ever for me. With 3/4 caps, implants, one veneer and a small brace Dr Richlins gave me a beautiful smile. AND no pain.....big deal for me. I have since moved to California and have to some dental work done. going to a new dentist on Tuesday and am just dreading it. I wish Idaho was not so far away. I did consider getting on a plane. ..... may just yet. Best dentist ever. Thank you.

Dr. Richins had to do a lot of intricate work in my mouth today. I don't nub very well naturally but he was able to make it so I felt nothing! He is very thorough, conscientious and very knowledgeable in his field. This gives me confidence in his abilities which makes me very comfortable going to him.
I have had horrible experiences before. Now I don't fret having to "go to the dentist" anymore. No more anxiety going to a dentist!!! He is so patient & gentle, I would bring my grandbabies to him!

There’s a dentist on every corner but I drive 30 minutes to come here. It’s clean, the people are great, scheduling is easy, you can do the whole family there - all the boxes are checked. I recommend them without exception.

Today’s visiting was very comfortable. Kassy, the hygienist was skillful and fast. I had to numb my gum tissue for the procedure and it didn’t hurt at all. The procedure could’ve been very tricky but Kassy handle it pretty well. One thing I wish for the next visit is, It would be better to provide a goggles to protect my eyes during procedure. And I’d like to mention that the Receptionist is always very nice.

No waiting, office staff knowledgeable and very pleasant. Hygienist pleasant and careful, less aggressive w root cleaning than others who’ve cleaned those roots 😁! Dr. Richins great as always! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Richins is one of the best dentist in town!

I've been going to him for over 20 years and couldn't imagine going to someone different. I've had my fare share of dental work including: root canals, implants, cavities, and miscellaneous stuff like mouth guards and tooth whitening. He's kind, funny, knowledgeable, compassionate and exudes integrity. The staff is professional and when you walk into the office you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. If your looking for a place that doesn't treat you like a number but as a family member and individual this is the place for you.

I went to this office with the reasoning it was listed as a dentist that accepted our insurance. I figured that a dentist is a dentist so what's the difference?1? First several visits for cleanings, fillings and so on to try to save what I had. The staff is fantastic and supportive, educating me every step of the way. Dr. Richens is a guy that knows his stuff!! Tina just tells you like it is! Very knowledgeable and understanding. Stacy, the financial guru of dental fees, figured out all the insurance and costs, laid it all out. Beautiful office, friendly staff, no gimmicks, no hidden fees and straight forward. It is what it is and 'Boom Baby'...'This place is the Bomb!'

I have been a patient of another dental office for years. They wrangled me in with their numerous dentists, long hours and being open on weekends. I figured the 45-minute wait *every time* was worth the benefits. Until I had a dental emergency. Then it was a 4-day wait, sorry 'bout your bad luck. My husband goes to Dr. Richins and loves him. So he called for me. And they got me in that day. I got there5 minutes early, and was seen AT the item of my appointment. Imagine that! Then I met the small staff. All of whom introduced themselves to me. And then I saw the dentist. Immediately. Who fixed the problem painlessly while putting my (somewhat overly irrational) fear of dentists to rest. I was out of there in 15 minutes. Wow. I was so impressed with the entire office & staff, and now I've got a new dentist!
